At some point in your quest for success, you’ll be forced to question yourself — you’ll question why you’re still holding on, why you’re going through all the struggles, you’ll question life in general.
At such point, all you’ll really want to do is let it all burn down to ashes, let it all go, give it all up and return to your comfort zone. But hey, before making that decision pause for a second and go through the below reasons.
Though you might’ve made up your mind to quit, to give up and give in, the below reasons will broaden your reasoning and perhaps, make you hold on a little longer.
Quitting is never an option — it’s either you don’t start at all or you start and fight to the finish, regardless of the outcome!
Reasons You Must Chase Your Dreams
Because you can
You have everything you need
All the resources you ever need is within you. You just have to let your drive to succeed make you look deep within yourself to discover your inner strength and talents.
You need to prove to yourself that it is possible
Lots of naysayers will surely tell you it’s impossible. However, other than proving them wrong, you need to prove to yourself that it’s possible and that if others can do it, so can you!
Success feels awesome
Knowing fully well that you overcame obstacles and went from zero to hero as a result of your nonstop struggle is a great feeling.
Also, the luxuries, the feeling of having people look up to you, the feeling of being able to assist others — it’s all great!
In fact, being able to say “I made it” and making loved ones proud is simply an awesome feeling.
You need to inspire others
After you, lots others are going to walk the path. However, if you’re a quitter, what example are you setting for them?
You need to teach them that just like yourself, no matter how hard it gets, it’s never impossible — let your resilience and success keep them going whenever they hit rock bottom!
You are indifferent from other successful individuals
Though some individuals are disabled or less privileged while others are more talented, every human have greatness in them!
The only difference is the passion and will to succeed!
Reasons You Must Never Give Up
You’ll lose everything!
All the time and resources, together with the strength exhausted from the scratch, no one compensates for all that the moment you give up!
No one will ever notice your struggles
Accomplish 99 tasks and give up on the 100th — you’ll only be pitied not celebrated.
Humans only take note of the triumphs, not the trials!
You’ll bear the pain of failure all your life
In as much as success is accompanied by happiness and joy, pain and anguish can never be escaped if you fail and fail to rise.
You can eventually fail to live and just exist
You must’ve probably heard the saying “Most people die at 25 and are not buried until they are 75.”
Falling into that category of people is not so difficult — if you give up!
You’ll be considered a weakling
Most people’s perception of bravery is pinned at “resilience” — falling a thousand times and rising back up ever strong and determined.
If you give up — you’re only brave in your comfort zone and, no one regards such a person.
The life of your dreams will die off right before your eyes
You dreamed of hearing your name screamed in excitement from across the oceans and mountains.
However, you can barely hold on till the finish and make your name to be screamed as a winner. How will your dream come to pass? There are no two ways about: You want something, you give it all it takes and, you get it.
Do you still really want to quit? Do you still feel you can’t hold on.. even just a bit longer? Can you bear the pain of failure?
All you ever wanted — all the luxuries, fame, fortune and adventures can only be achieved if you fight to the finish!
Why give up?
